Lucinda serves as the Pastor of Congregational Care at the Tapestry Richmond, where she is dedicated to walking alongside individuals and families during times of joy, hardship, and transition.

Previously, she held various accounting and finance positions with organizations such as KPMG and Youth Unlimited. Lucinda’s passion for full-time ministry was ignited after attending summer courses at Regent College years ago.

With a background in accounting and interior design, Lucinda answered the call to ministry when the need arose at the Richmond campus, understanding that God had positioned her to serve the community. She is also ordained as a Commissioned Pastor after completing a three-year curriculum on spiritual formation with BCLDN.

With a heart for pastoral care, Lucinda provides leadership and a vision of care for the Tapestry community. What better way to model the love of God than through our love in action as we bring shalom and hospitality into our community and neighbourhood.



Lucinda is blessed to be married to Roland. While living in Stockholm in 2007, they discovered the joy of urban walks, which they continue to prioritize today. In addition, Lucinda enjoys going to the gym and crafting with her hands.

Lucinda and Roland have two wonderful grown children, Rachel and Joel, and have recently welcomed a beautiful granddaughter into their family.
