The event is geared towards parents of young children, from preschool aged to elementary school aged (3-12 years). As a group, we will learn and discuss ways for parents to effectively communicate their expectations, limits, and feelings; and to support our children in communicating their own emotions, needs, and requests. We will also explore some creative ideas in using play therapeutically to support our children's needs for connection and emotional growth.
